5 Must Watch TED Talks that will change your thinking

There are large collection of TED Videos available online. I myself watched almost 100 videos. Among all of them here is a list of 5 Must Watch TED Talks that I liked most and these videos helped me a lot in understanding my self and here I am writing this blog for all of you. Hopefully these videos helps you too.

1. Simon Sinek: How great leaders inspire action

In this video Simon Sinek presents a simple but powerful model for how leaders inspire action, starting with a golden circle and the question “Why?” His examples include Apple, Martin Luther King, and others.

2. Shane Koyczan: “To This Day” … for the bullied and beautiful

In this video Shane Koyczan puts his finger on the pulse of what it’s like to be young and … different. “To This Day,” his spoken-word poem about bullying, captivated millions as a viral video (created, crowd-source style, by 80 animators).

3. Elizabeth Gilbert: Your elusive creative genius

In this video Elizabeth Gilbert shares the radical idea that, instead of the rare person “being” a genius, all of us “have” a genius.

4. Brene Brown: The power of vulnerability

Brene Brown studies human connection — our ability to empathize, belong, love. In a poignant, funny talk at TEDxHouston, she shares a deep insight from her research, one that sent her on a personal quest to know herself as well as to understand humanity.

5. Susan Cain: The power of introverts

In a culture where being social and outgoing are prized above all else, it can be difficult, even shameful, to be an introvert. But, as Susan Cain argues in this passionate talk, introverts bring extraordinary talents and abilities to the world, and should be encouraged and celebrated.
